Whether it is an inner city project or a complex plan in the countryside. We always look for the best solution and a high-quality integration. From zoning plan to completion, and of course we do not do this alone but in consultation with all participants and stakeholders. We work intensively with municipalities, provinces and the government. Stakeholders and local residents are closely involved in the various neighborhood participations.

We develop and realize homes for young and old and for every budget. From houses to apartments and from maisonettes to lofts. We also develop suitable housing for people with care needs or for people who are unable to live independently. Our strong organization enables us to participate on a risk basis. We renovate homes on a large scale and on a complex basis to a high standard. For this we work closely with a number of permanent, specialized construction companies and architects.
