In collaboration with Amvest Development, Waterland is transforming the former rehabilitation center into a park-like environment with around 300 care apartments in the middle of the Gooi region for the Amvest living & health care fund. Various facilities will be realised while retaining the main cultural-historical building and respecting the surrounding greenery of the Goois Nature Reserve.
