Leidsekade, Leidschendam

Waterland is redeveloping the existing monumental buildings on the Leidsekade in the center of Leidschendam for non-restricted sale, the rear area will be redeveloped to provide a public parking lot and a sustainable apartment building with 12 apartments for non-restricted sale.

We work together with Ruud Beeuwkes Architects and Bepro Bouw.
